  • How do I know which size to order?
    We have a complete size chart that can help guide you. If you are still uncertain on which size to order, send us a quick chat or email us at and will be happy to assist! Please note: Our size chart will be accessible once are products are made available to purchase on our website. Stay tuned!
  • How do I place an order?
    Orders can be placed right here on our website. Just click on our Shop, select the item(s) you would like to order, place them in your cart, then select your shipping and payment method. Once your payment is processed we will ship your items to you. Easy breezy!
  • Can I confirm the status of my order?
    Absolutely! Once your order is placed, an order confirmation email containing the details of your order will be generated and sent to your email address on file. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a second email confirmation with a tracking number so you'll know exactly when your package is scheduled to be delivered. If your package takes longer than the estimated time of delivery quoted, please email us at and we will do our very best to help you and provide an update.
  • Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed/processed?
    Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to cancel it as we are diligently working to process your order and ship it to you as quickly as possible. However, should you encounter a problem after placing your order, please contact us immediately at and we will do our best to assist you. If you've ordered the wrong size, wrong product or too many of a particular item in error, email us immediately at within 30 minutes of your order being placed. Please note that exceptions may apply for products not manufactured by Glorified Gymnast.
  • Can I return or exchange my item(s)?
    But of course you can! We completely understand that mistakes happen and we want you to be happy with your product(s). Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of your order being delivered to your doorstep. However, exceptions may apply. Please see our Shipping & Returns policy for further details and on how to initiate your return or exchange.
  • What forms of payments do you accept?
    We accept PayPal and most major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Please note: As we continue to develop our payment policy, this policy is subject to change. We also anticipate offering alternative payment methods such as Sezzle or AfterPay, as we desire to make purchases as easy as possible for all our customers.   • Are payments made on your website secure?
    Yes! Glorified Gymnast's online store is safe and secure. All transactions are processed through our secure ecommerce payment platform. All necessary steps are consistently taken to ensure our payment system remains compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). The PCI DSS sets and dictates data security standards that every entity storing, processing or transmitting customer cardholder data, must adhere to.
  • How do I track the shipping of my order?

  • How long does it take before my order is shipped?
    It can take 1-3 days for orders to leave our facility. However, the total amount of time it takes to arrive can vary depending on your location and the method of shipping chosen at the time of checkout. Check out our Shipping and Returns policy for further information.
