Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

While we continually develop our shipping policy, we aim to offer a select number of affordable shipping options both domestically and internationally. Unfortunately, international shipping may not be immediately available in every instance but may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. If you have an international order and do not see shipping to your region, please email us at info@glorifiedgymnast.com. We will do our best to accommodate you. All international orders, including any broker or customs fees, are the sole responsibility of the purchasing customer and/or named person(s) receiving the shipment.

In general, all orders are shipped via USPS first-class unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges may vary. Discounted shipping costs may be available depending on location or via promotion. All shipping costs will automatically be calculated during checkout.

 

For products manufactured by Glorified Gymnast, please allow 7 to 10 days for product printing. Items will be shipped approximately within one week after processing. However, orders could potentially take longer depending on high customer demand or product availability.

Preorders 


Pre-Production

For orders placed during this window, all customer orders will be placed at one time with our manufacturer as one bulk order by a specified date or once manufacturer minimum order quantities have been reached. Please allow up to 22 to 45 days for manufacturer processing (potentially longer during peak season or extenuating circumstances). Please note that bulk order placement dates are subject to change at any time during the pre-production preorder window.

Mid-Production

For orders placed during this window, please allow 14 to 35 days for manufacturer processing (potentially longer during peak season or extenuating circumstances).

Approximately one week after customer orders are shipped from the factory, orders will be shipped by Glorified Gymnast within 7 to 10 business days following receipt from the factory.

Product Availability

 

Due to our current business model, our manufacturer produced apparel that we keep in inventory may be limited. Placing orders during the pre-production preorder window is the best way to ensure product availability. However, please note that ordering during this window may be subject to order production delays until manufacturer minimum order quantities have been met.

For orders placed during the mid-production preorder window or post production, product availability will be limited.

Delivery Times

If you need your package to arrive by a specific date, please consider choosing Express delivery options (if available) to ensure it arrives timely. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply. All shipping charges are the sole responsibility of each customer unless specified otherwise.

Please note that the above shipping policy is at Glorified Gymnast's sole discretion and is subject to change with or without prior notice.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customized apparel or products not manufactured by Glorified Gymnast (i.e., third party manufacturer)

​

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer refunds on customized products not manufactured by Glorified Gymnast (i.e., products produced in third party or non-Glorified Gymnast facilities). However, these items may be exchanged for incorrect size/fit, wrong product shipped, or manufacturing defect. A 25% restocking fee will be added for exchanges. This fee may decrease the amount you originally paid, and the cost difference must be paid before the exchanged product is reshipped. In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, please notify Glorified Gymnast within 5 days of receiving shipment at info@glorifiedgymnast.com.

 

Please note that exchanges for preordered products may not be processed until after the preordered product has been shipped and delivered to purchaser. If exchange is not available due to insufficient inventory, a store credit will be issued (less restocking fee) for use towards a future purchase.

Products manufactured by Glorified Gymnast

​

We will happily accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the date your package is delivered to you. Confirmed delivery dates recorded by the shipping/ parcel delivery service is the only acceptable date Glorified Gymnast will honor. 

​

We accept returns for in-stock apparel for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size or fit

  • Incorrect product was shipped

  • Defective products

  • Change of mind

Returns and Exchanges

​

All returns and exchanges must be returned in its original packaging, unworn with all original labels and tags attached to the product. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required and must accompany a completed Return/Exchange request form. Please do not send any products to Glorified Gymnast without initiating a return/exchange request. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for wrong products shipped or manufacturer defects only. For all other reason(s), shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact us at info@glorifiedgymnast.com to initiate all return/exchange requests.

 

Refunds and exchanges will be credited for the full amount paid, less any restocking fees and then costs for any replacement items will be charged and shipped. Additional shipping costs may apply. 

 

Glorified Gymnast reserves the right to dishonor any return or exchange that does not meet all said requirements. However, we will do our best to work with you and remedy special situations which may include an offer of partial credit or discounted product(s).
